Insequa at Health Plus Care 2019
A little over two weeks from now, Health Plus Care, the biggest conference and exhibition on the health and social care calendar, will be underway. You can see Insequa at Health Plus Care 2019 because we are regulars at this world leading event, we’ve been in attendance with our stand for the past four years and each year the show gets bigger and better. We’re really looking forward to being there on 26thand 27thJune at the ExCel Centre in London, Docklands. This year we’re part of The Residential & Home Care Show and can be found on Stand D70 – opposite the food concessions. Do come and say hello to the Insequa team, we’re always delighted to welcome people onto our stand.
What’s so good about Health Plus Care 2019 and The Residential and Home Care Show?
Whether you are a supplier of services into the sector like us, or you work in the sector, it’s the perfect place to witness first hand new innovations in products and services that are coming down the track.
It’s also a magnet for the most high-profile speakers in social care with two days of expert talks from the likes of Caroline Dinenage (current Social Care Minister), Vic Rayner of NCF, Neil Eastwood talking social care recruitment, Caroline Abrahams from Age UK, Stephen Dorrell (former Health Minister) Julie Ogley of ADASS, Victor Adebowale of Turning Point, Nadra Ahmed from National Care Association and so many more. That is just a small selection of the social care talent on offer – take a look at the full speakers list and the programme to work out who you want to see and when they are going to be appearing.
It will also be a chance to catch newly appointed CQC Chief Inspector of Adult Social Care, Kate Terroni – she will be sharing inspectors’ findings over the last twelve months, identifying where improvements have been made and ways to sustain this improvement. Should be interesting…
You can guarantee there will be much talk about the government’s Social Care Green Paper which has achieved almost mythical status, it’s often discussed, apparently it does actually exist, but no one has ever seen it. It’s definitely a case of watch this space. But we’d recommend bringing along a good book.
Not many things these days in life are free, but if you work in social care you can attend this exhibition for nothing – simply register here.
It can be pretty exhausting attending large exhibitions such as Health Plus Care because there is so much to see. You have to be methodical about how you approach it to make sure you don’t miss out on any gems. To find the Insequa stand, you just need to head for refreshments at the food concessions, then you won’t be able to miss our stand just across the aisle at D 70.
If you can’t make it to London for Health Plus Care, you can come and meet the Insequa team at The Lancashire Care Conference in Blackburn on 19th September and Berkshire, Buckinghamshire & Oxfordshire Care Association Conference on 17thOctober in Maidenhead.
